At one time I did quite a bit of filet crochet. I gave a lot of it away as gifts. I managed to keep this one (yay). Roses is a theme I have carried through most of my adult life.

100 Days of Doilies Day 91
This little beauty must have been sewn to something at one time or another. There are threads EVERYWHERE. It's quite small maybe 7" across made from thin thread maybe size 20 or 30. I have no clue where I got it.

100 Days of Doilies Day 90
Digging back in my personal stash for the last few doilies in this series.
this is one of the first doilies I did after I learned to crochet. I mean seriously, can you tell how complicated it is? Add to that fact it was an ancient vintage pattern very poorly written. But I jumped in with both feet and all guns blazing. I never did finish it 100% because I couldn't figure the last bits out. It's falling apart now but I still love it.

100 Days of Doilies Day 89
I must have made this pattern at least once before because there were marks on it but I can't remember doing it. I also had to look for a picture online so I could see what I was getting into as the picture was AWOL. Daybreak by Elizabeth Hiddleson.
The middle blue is lighter. So pretty.

100 Days of Doilies Day 87
Wedding Cake Lace in ecru and sage green. Simply gorgeous.
This pattern can be difficult. At first it's repetitive and boring and then it's so complicated and poorly written out I had to underline each little step as I went. I still did it wrong and had to fudge it on the last green round. The good news is it's so pretty I have several more planned and I know that they'll go faster.

100 Days of Doilies Day 86
Big Red!!! Love this one. It's big enough to be a tablecloth. Made from a double thread in two shades of red that came in the big crochet thread score. Will be for sale on my facebook page >>>>>>>>>>>>>

100 Days of Doilies Day 82
I thought I was all done photographing doilies at Deb's house when lo and behold I spotted another one I made in the bathroom!!! Pineapple fan. I made a ton of these and I still have the pattern.

100 Days of Doilies Day 81
Last one from Deb's magical doily drawer. This yellow is classic vintage crochet at its best! The pattern is quite intricate too.

100 Days of Doilies Day 75
Happy 30th anniversary to my sister and brother in law! Here's another rose doily to celebrate.
Obviously by the same maker as before but it looked different so I didn't group them together. From Deb's doily drawer.

100 days of Doilies Day 73
My Grand daughter, Alaina, picked out this one to showcase. It's a place mat/doily. Sorry for the orientation I'm tired of fighting my camera to get it flipped properly and too lazy to fire up Gimp to fix it.

100 Days of Doilies Day 69
Oh Look an Old Time Golden Trellis! By Old Time I mean 1990's. Debbie rescued this one from the farmhouse when I ran away in 2003. It lives in her doily drawer, which is where the next week or so's doilies will be coming from.

100 Days of Doilies Day 68
Okay last one from hangy thingy. It's been fun!
This doily has knit-cro-sheen metallic as the center. Guess who now has several balls of knit-cro-sheen metallic in her possession now?

100 Days of Doilies Day 67
Another doily from the hangy thing. I'm gonna break tradition and show some of it's relatives that I found at Emmy's mom's house (more on that treasure trove soon!)
Too cool, eh?

100 Days of Doilies Day 64
Emmy has this shutter in the kitchen with cool stuff on it. Next to it is this other hangy thing with doilies on it. Here's one of my favorites. I had to hold it up so you can read it.
