Angelia has been begging for a doofy hat for almost two years. I reckoned it was high time she got one.

Three strands of sport weight purple acrylic, one strand of shiny shiny thin metallic yarn in shades of lavenders, Black worsted weight acrylic with the metallic for tassels and by itself for the edging.

Dede asked for a hat made from some of my scraps of yarn so I obliged.

Red and Black Scarf for LLRHINESTONE 8/365

This scarf is for LLRHINESTONE a wonderful singer/guitar player from the Canadian Rockies. I met her in camfrog.

Red and black. A timeless combination. Also very hard to photograph. Sorry for the craptastic webcam shots.

I used a red/gray chenille, red/black fun fur, red fuzzy, red rug yarn, gray wool and three different black acrylics.

Cast on 150 st onto a size 15 needle. Cut yarn. Attach next yarn and knit all stitches with a size 13 needle. Continue in this fashion alternating needle sizes. I always knit Black on to the size 13 to keep track somewhat. In the middle I did two rows of red and reversed the sequence back. Bind off with a stretchy method.

Hello Kitty Hat for my Friend Over 7/365

over_over_gu_gu_ga_ga_shoot_me (not her real name lol)  is a friend of mine from camfrog. She plays a mean toy drum! I asked her what she wanted and she said a Hello Kitty hat. I didn't have anything Hello Kitty except on tiny little button so I had to make my own.

I found a paper doll template online, printed it and cut it out and glued it to some pink fabric. I beaded around it with some pink stash beads and added a pin back. It went on the violet hat she picked from my stash of extras. I think it's way cute. She better send me a picture of herself wearing it.

I have been asked if I will be putting the needles cases in my etsy shop...yes, I will, and I will announce on here when that actually happens!

Jamming at Frogfest 2010 311/365

I learned to play guitar alone, sitting upstairs on my bed. it took me YEARS to be able to sing for anyone. This marks a milestone for me. I actually WANTED to get on stage and play for an audience. Not only the people in the room but a live broadcast available worldwide on blogtv.com. I had a blast! This is me and Josh doing Kryptonite.

Postcard from Vietnam 276/365

Earlier this year I asked for a postcard from one of my camfrog friends who travels a lot in the South Pacific. I finally received one from Vietnam, mailed May 11, 2010 lol! It was mailed in Saigon but the picture is of kindergarten children in Bihn Dihn. The note says...Saigon Rocks! Best food, best coffee & Cheap BEER! It's not signed but I know it's from romancingdashadow

Shadow Dance 115/365

I spent the day shuffling paperwork, trying, (I said TRYING!!!) to organize this studio, doing laundry again, sewing CQ blocks, finishing more Anti valentines, playing my guitar for my camfrog friends, burning supper and playing around on facebook putting up fake pictures of my friends and family. SO PRODUCTIVE!!!

So I have no new picture of myself to post. Good thing I have about a million stashed back for just this occasion.

Snow Frog 26/365

Made a snow frog for my friends in camfrog today then got the idea to do the little animated thingy for my 365 pic . OMG I slay myself:|

Anyways here's the snow frog/snow turkey.

ETA: I have been told that this is not in fact a snow frog or snow turkey but a mutant mass of cold white frozen water molecules that happens to have buggy eyes and a pink scarf.
