Just when you thought I couldn't squeeze ONE MORE project out of that Steampunk skirt fabric.... This turned out way cool don't ya think?
The black paint all the way to the rim was a slight pain in A**. I probably won't be making that mistake again.

Okay i made that mistake. The first couple I made I tried different ways to spray paint, you are right going to the rim totally sucks the lid scrapes. making a ugly mess. I then started putting 1/4 in masking tape right where the lid would sit and paint, then the paint would end just in the right place.then I would spray them with clear coat so the paint doesn't scratch anywhere:)
