Blogger Quilt Festival

Leslie told me about an online quilt show. Since she suggested this quilt I am showing it again.

I made this quilt from one of my crazy quilt kits I sell on etsy.com. I have been attracted to pirates all my life, even more so after the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean series...oh Captain Jack Sparrow...come take me away. This wall quilt is about 18" x 30" and has all sorts of pirate booty for embellishments. Click on the picture to enlarge. Then scroll down to see some of my newest crazy quilts!

Wow, there are lots of pirate details in this. Beautiful in a gothic Pirates of the Caribbean way. :-)

Love it!!!! I know Leslie from Fiber Pirates and I remember her mentioning that you were putting this together.
Heck, I love anything with skulls....and yes, Cap'n Jack can leave his boots hee any old time! ;)
Color and design is very nice!

Pirates - perhaps a bigger version for a little pirate? It is cute.

That's really cool! I've not done any crazy quilting - it looks more challenging than it sounds. Thanks for sharing!!

What a unique twist on the traditional crazy quilt. You should make another one for the Alliance for American Quilts, crazy quilt challenge.

What an interesting twist on an old favorite. Great work! If you ever go to Disney World, you should go to the Pirate and Princess Party as a Pirate Princess!
